Meditation Class

Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that benefits both your emotional well-being and your overall heath. It has long been known that meditation slows breathing, heart rate and blood pressure. As a relaxation tool alone, meditation is a very effective method to combat stress.

This class is client lead and meets at 10:45 onTuesdays at Campus 26 (unless Peer group is leaving early for a special trip).
